Swim Houston offer assistance in getting your pool in compliance with the county. We offer services from obtaining permits to inspections. 
 
- Application fee (we will gather all documents and submit to Ft Bend for you) $250. If you submit yourself, we will send you all necessary paperwork with no additional charge for application submission. 
 
- 2D pool plan + pump room rendering: $1000 main pool, $500 baby pool, $500 water feature 
 
- 2D site plan rendering: $500 per facility 
 
- Just for you to be aware, the application fee is $300 to Ft Bend. We will pay and include it in the invoice 
 
- The permit fee is $150 per filtration system that will be billed to you from Ft Bend (ex: pool + kiddie pool = 2 filtration system; splash pad = 1 filtration system)
 
- If you just need us to be at the inspection, the fee is $500 for us to facilitate the inspection and help get the pool in compliance + 1 re-inspection. Any additional re-inspection will be $250 per re-inspection visit. 
 
- You will be in charge of all fees associated with getting the facility in compliance (ordering of equipment, installation of equipment, etc). We are only able to assist with fixing the pool to get it in compliance, ex: signs, main drains, depth markers, pump room equipment. We are unable to assist in fixing any violations relating to fence/gate or electrical. 
 
- Any additional fees related to permits, fines or re-inspection from Ft. Bend will be charged to you. 
 
- Unless we manage your facility, we are unable to provide our CPO information for the permit application.
